Sixes Elementary School

Great school! We moved from an excellent school area in another state about 2 years ago and looked only at areas with excellent schools. Sixes has not let us down. Leadership is great and teachers are first class. The AIM program also provides a wonderful opportunity. Parent involvement is high and our child has made some excellent friends.

I have one student that has gone on to middle school and one in his last year at Sixes. We sought out Sixes when we first moved to Canton, and we've never looked back. Sixes continues to amaze us through the support that it gives its children and the respect that it lends to its parents. My children have been on opposite sides of the spectrum, one requiring constant challenges, and the other requiring resource assistance. Sixes, through its dedicated and patient teaching staff, and proactive administration has encouraged my two to not only achieve, but excel at their goals. You all will be greatly missed when our 2nd child moves on.

Our child has Autism and has attended other programs. This one at Sixes is amazing and our child has shown marked and I mean amazingly marked improvements this year. We are overwhelmed with what our child has learned as far as appropriate behaviors and academics. The administration is incredible as well. We love our child's teacher! Love you Ms. P!

I absolutely love this school. We moved from Florida and I was apprehensive about the schools in GA. But we specifically picked this area for Sixes and have been extremely pleased. Mrs. McGruder is my son's teacher and she is the most amazing teacher I have ever met. She is so dedicated and wonderful with the children. It's nice to see teachers teach because they love to, not because it's their job. The school has something going on all the time, from dances to book fairs to Fall Festivals. The open door policy is great and they still maintain the safety of the children. Sixes gets an A+ grade.

This school rallied behind my parents during a time of tragedy and absolutely amazed me with their thoughfulness and generosity. I would be so lucky to have my future children attend this school.

It's like getting a private school education here in a public school. The staff is so innovative and make you feel like part of the Sixes family from the start!

Outstanding school!! As former PTA president and currently a parent of 6 children attending the school, the school staff and teachers are awesome. They are prepared for students of all abilities and always have the students in a positive environment for the best learning possible. Great job Mr. Hultquist, Ms. Nay and Mr. Dixon as well as all the teachers for making Sixes the best elementary school in Georgia!!!
