Some teachers are good, devoted, concerned about the success of the students. Then you have some new teachers who think they can teach, but are trying so hard to prove themselves to someone/or the team, and make lots of 'noise' to everyone else, instead of focusing on the successful teaching to produce learning from their students. The seasoned teachers are pretty good.
Wonderful! SFMS encourages and challenges each child, each day is day full of fun and lots of learning!
