My son is in Kindergarten at Trip and I absolutely love his teacher and the school. His teacher keeps me informed about how he is doing and responds to every email, question etc in a timely manner. A bad experience with the receiptionist doesn't constitute a unsatisfactory rating in my opinion. I can't wait until my 1 year old joins his big brother at Trip--even if just for a year. I am looking forward to next school year. I hope his 1st grade teacher is just as nice, caring and professional as Mrs. Andrus has been the entire time she has taught my child.
The school itself is an excellent school. But the receptionist that worked the front office during school years 2010-2011 is very rude and unprofessional. She is a VERY poor representation of Trip Elementary School!
