I am so pleased with Cloud Springs Elementary. The teachers are very caring about each and every child in their school. My child has made very good grades and is enjoying learning. They have an great caring principal there as well. I trust the staff with my child's safety. I do a lot of volunteering at Cloud Springs Elementary. The staff makes me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this school. I couldn't think of anything for them to improve.

I am appalled by CSES. My son comes home crying, feeling left out by teachers!! He never complained about the other kids but says the teachers are mean to him. Our son has ADHD and his teacher has never set up a parent teacher conference for him. She doesn't hesitate to ask us why he's not on medicine and that she won't give him special attention! Never did we ask for special attention but until you can pay $194 for his medicine, or even decide if you want your 7 year old taking pills for that matter, then maybe you would have a say. You're his teacher not his parent and I doubt you should judge us because we try to do what we think is right, that never includes him feeling left out though!!

My husband and I searched area schools before choosing our home. Cloud Springs Elementary was our school of choice and we are so excited about our decision. Cloud Springs teachers and staff are the ultimate in educators. We wouldn't change anything about this school. The children are happy to go to school and love it there.

My son just graduated from kindergarten at CSE. He began the year in a Walker Co. school. My son has learned so much more from being at CSE, than he would have, had he stayed at the other school. I am very pleased, not only with the teacher he had, but with the whole school. The principal is very friendly, and knows almost every student and parent by name. If it was possible my son would go to CSE through out his entire school career. Thanks CSE!!!!

CSE is a wonderful school with a wonderful staff. I get asked often why I would send my child to a school that in classified as a school that needs improvement. My answer to them is this. I don't think that it can all be blamed on the school. It is also the parents responsibilty to help there children succeed and be the best they can be. The teachers can only do so much then it is up to us a parents to do the rest. We have to work together as a team and as we all know there is no 'I' in the word TEAM. It takes everyone working together for the sake of our children. I would not want my child anywhere else and commend Mr.Ledbetter and his staff for the wonderful job they do.

Cloud Springs is an excellent school with wonderful teachers and staff. Mr. Ledbetter is amazing. He remembers every student who has been there. I went there and now this year both of my daughters will be there. I wouldn't want them anywhere else.

My children went to this school and now my grandchildren go here. I would not want to send them any place else. Mr. Ledbetter makes all of the parents feel like a long time friend. This is a great school for learning and growing.
