Midway Primary School

My kids are entering the First Grade, they attended Midway for kindergarten. Midway is a nice school with caring teachers. They try to keep parents envolved with activities and PTO.Parents have to remember this is a goverment run school,meaning limited money availiable for summer School, Etc...If I had the money I think Private School is the way to go.

Great teachers, the art program is a bit lacking, Office staff and principal leave a bit to be desired. Parents are encouraged to participate (but I wouldn't, no appreciation from principal, she was rather rude). Not many extracaricular actiivites besides sports, and thos they have are very unorganized. Fundraisers are too frequent and also not organized. Over all, If I could go over it again I would have NEVER sent my child to this school.

Midway Primary School is a great place for young children to learn in a safe and threat-free environment. The teachers are very knowledgable and feel that children should always be first. The warm, inviting climate of the school is felt from the moment you enter the building. There is obvious camaraderie among the teachers and administrators and this carries over to the students. Displays of student work throughout the building demonstrate that learning occurs at all levels and that students are challenged and enriched.
