Halau Ku Mana is a wonderful hands-on learning environment that uses project based learning. Halau Ku Mana has had tremendous growth in the math program over the past two years with outdoor applications and culturally relevant lessons and the program continues to grow stronger! The new reading program has taken the learning even deeper into a cultural background as well as opening the students eyes to many new worlds. We have a Po'o Kumu that leads by example and has strength in evry single one of our Hawai'ian Projects. I am very excited for the future of our 'opio.
Halau Ku Mana is a high achieving school with wonderful students and families, committed and qualified teachers, and a rigorous academic and culture-based program.
