I have 2 children at Taylorview and we love this school. The teachers are great as is the principal. The education offered is above par and my children have been challenged every step of the way.

I hate this school. I am currently in the 8th grade, and it is terrible. The teachers have taught me nothing, and don't offer any help. Mrs. Crosser, is incapable of running this school. The students are cliquey and mostly rude. Too make friends in this school, you have to adjust who you are, just to fit in. Last year was a nightmare, and this year is only slightly better. I wish I could go anywhere else but Taylorview.

I have5 kids. Two have been through Taylorview. Two will be there this year. The youngest will be there next year. I was very excited to moved to this area apprx. 4 years ago. Had I known now what Taylorview is like I would have had serious reservations about moving to this area. I have not in any way been impressed. The constant bullying and natural desire to fit in is fueled even more so by a principal that should not be in charge of any school. She seems to be more worried about her own popularity than the well being of the students. It seems that she is more willing to choose sides depending on who the child's parents are. In 4 years I have not spoken with a teacher, parent or student that has respect for her. How can a school function well if the leadership is incapable?

I'm a student here at Taylorview Jr. High. Unlike the parents who wrote the other reviews i actually have experienced the school. I love my school. The teachers have truly helped me understand the material in a fun and productive way. This school is also extremely safe and most of the students our welcoming and friendly! taylorview is a wonderful school.

My child attended this school and loved it. The only draw back was the popularity factor. This can't be helped, but the teachers should not encourage it. Overall this was a great school, there was great spirit, adn wonderful kids and teachers. They teach well, and let kids achieve their highest potential. If I had more kids this would be my fist choice of a school.

Our child attended 7th grade last year. His experience was horrible. He was treated extremely unfairly. All he learned was how to dislike school and everything related to school. He attends another school this year and is having a great year. The administrators are more concerned with behavior issues than education. The children are not treated like people, they are treated like criminals in a prison. I am sorry I subjected my child to this environment. Also, at the new school this year, the grades have increased two fold! My child tells me the teachers at his new school 'never make him feel stupid, like they did at Taylorview.'

Our child had the worst 9th grade year possible. The kids call this school a prison. The adminstration is the worst. Would not send another child to this school!
