My daughter loves going to school and has excelled at a fast rate. Her teacher is awesome and my daughter loves her. The main reason for us living in Gardner is because of the school. Small classes result in more personal attention to each student.
Great school! Caring and innovative staff, excellent leadership by the principal and school board. Class size is closer to 24 and classes over 28 are typically spilt in the K-2 grades. Both of my children have excelled in their schoolwork and behavior issues are taken seriously and managed well. Parent-teacher group is small but active and could use more parent involvement. Overall, I highly recommend GGS!
We chose to live in this community largely based on the school system. The staff at Gardner Grade School takes education seriously, but makes it fun for the kids to learn as well. My son is well ahead of other kids his age.
This is an excellent school to send your kids. My son reports no bullying or being picked on. This is an ideal school for any child.
