First off, I'd like to say to the parent that said all students there are rich and stuck up- you are the one being ignorant. There are plenty of down to earth people at this school and you have no idea what you are talking about. I think every school has bullying problems, us included, but that doesn't mean they're a terrible school. DPM is making a concious effort to stop it. Overall, deer path is a great school with great teachers.
The students at the school lack discipline. Incredibly rude and have no respect for the adults surrounding them. The parents are worse, and think it's funny when they misbehave. This bunch of rich stuck up brats don't see the consequences to their actions, and I'm sure it's due to lackluster parenting. I would rather send my child to CPS than to this school.
Bullying is a HUGE problem here- I graduated a few years ago and I was taunted about everything from my forehead to my shoes. I suffered from an eating disorder for years, in part due to the bullying I faced at this school. Discipline is nonexistent aside from punishing entire grades because of the bad choices of a few students. Would never ever send my child here.
We have the most dedicated staff to help every student be successful!
