In a time when education is being restructured and testing seems to be the buzz word, Oakdale Elementary has not lost sight of the fact that we are striving to educate every child, regardless of his ability, socio-economic background, or cultural differences. The Oakdale staff is committed to making our school the best it can be--a school we would want our children and grandchildren to attend.
My family has been with this school for several years. The past few years have been wonderful! Not only have test scores improved, but the kids are really learning! It's a happy, upbeat place to be. It seems that ALL staff care about the children and are active in encouraging them. We are grateful for wonderful teachers and a principal that is a true leader.
