I am currently attending at the JELCC. It's great for wanting to get caught up in school work, or getting ahead in school work. I'm a junior taking Government to get ahead, and the course work is soooooo easy. I'm honestly not exaggerating. I'm going to take more classes. If you want to get ahead and have extra time on your hands, you should take the classes there. However, you have to get your counselor to sign a credit transfer slip.

I attended this career center and It taught me techniques I currently use today strait out of high school. I started my cosmetology program there my husband studied auto collision damage and repair and hands on experience in their program. I obtained my computer knowledge and efficiencies from their programs. Many more programs are also offered, just to name a few as well as took high school courses in the center to get ahead academically.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.

What is the GreatSchools Rating?

The GreatSchools rating is a simple tool for parents to compare schools based on test scores, student academic growth, and college readiness. It compares schools across the state, where the highest rated schools in the state are designated as “Above Average” and the lowest “Below Average.” It is designed to be a starting point to help parents make baseline comparisons. We always advise parents to visit the school and consider other information on school performance and programs, as well as consider their child's and family's needs as part of the school selection process.
