I absolutely love Herron! I've met some of the coolest people there. Not only are the students welcoming with open arms, the teachers are too. The teachers can always make us laugh and it seems like there is nothing they don't know. I am overjoyed that I decided to come to Herron and I wouldn't change my decision for anything. Unlike most kids, I can truly say that I can't wait to go to school and hate being sick and not being able to show up. What a great thing to be able to say about your school.

My daughter is a freshman this year at Herron. I am absolutely over joyed with the school. This has been such a wonderful experience. The teachers, staff, guidance counselors, deans etc work very hard and are hands on. They know their students, they are involved, and have high expectations. I always joke and say my child goes to a private school for free because that is how it feels. I would highly recommend Herron.

I am a graduating senior this year, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I wouldn't trade it for anything. The classes are challenging, but the teachers are always willing to work with you if you have any problems. The faculty truly cares about students and is willing to do whatever they can so they succeed.

We are so fortunate to be able to send our daughter to this school. The small class sizes, classical curriculum and profoundly caring teachers and leadership are extraordinary, and my child loves the Latin requirement. Amazing theatre as well.

I currently attend Herron High, and there are plenty of good students here, but everyone of my teachers have truely helped me to learn, and not just to get the grades. Their point is to make me a better student and person. They really do care, and they treat me with respect. This makes me return with the same.

I attend Herron High School and it is a great high school. They have great sports from soccer, lacrosse, tennis, cross country, basketball, etc. The students at Herron are friendly and nice. Herron is a very unique high school and its location downtown is great! I'm glad i chose Herron. :)

My child is a freshman, and thus far, we are very happy with Herron. The staff is very organized, the faculty are bright and energetic, the students are engaged. The principal is driven and proactive.

Herron HS is a classical liberal arts, prep school that offers more individualized attention for students than other HS I am familiar with in Indianapolis (or anywhere as far as that goes). The school was started in 2004 and it has grown in size and reputation by leaps and bounds since then. Located in the former Herron Art School buildings, you can consider their approach 'green' in the reuse of this marvelous old campus. The principal, teachers and staff are all very dedicated to each students success, not just in testing scores which will enable the school more funding (money), but in the long term success of all students. I feel we are blessed that my daughter can attend this very high achieving school.

I go to Herron High School and I have never seen anywhere operate like here. They're extremely organized and they choose the best staff. I could never find anywhere better than this. It's absolutely wonderful.
