My son loved it at Ireland. He started going to a new school recently and there has not been a singe day when he hasn't told me " mom i miss going to Ireland". Great teachers (they care about the students, not just academically but emotionally and sensitivity vice too). The Principal is amazing, always there if you have an issue, in the cafeteria during lunch and in the mornings in the gym where the kids assemble before going to their respective classrooms. He personally sees to it that the kids who ride the bus get on the right bus. The teachers are always in touch with the parents about the childs progress at school and are very approachable. I am yet to come across a school that is as good as Ireland. Hats off to the Principal Mr. Mehling, the teachers and the staff who have made this such a great school.
They help them with everything they need help with if its improvement , or understanding the subject the test the quiz anything I have seen improvement in my kids grades it is probably a 5 *****star school
To whomever rated Ireland Elementary with 3 stars out of 5: what on Earth would you rate with 4 or 5? The physical facility of the school is very good. The children who attend here are from a mix of affluent, middle income, and probably low to middle income families, but what they have in common is that they come from FAMILIES. Divorced parents are uncommon, as are criminal parents or super wealthy parents to whom their kids are talking pets. These kids come from good families which nurture the kids, and the faculty at Ireland 'run with the ball.' Disciplined, well-structured, proud, and without much of the social baggage which distracts from the ablility of a motivated student with aptitude - regardless of ethnicity or socioeconomic status - to succeed and become prepared for more education.
Principal needs to improve on his communication skills with the parents and demeaning attitude towards students.
