2 stars for teachers only. they are smart and kind. and Truly care about students and parents. But, Miss Jellinik (Miss J the principal) is an unfit principal. st stans was better when she was only a teacher. besides being rude, she would rather be best friends with the students instead of in charge. I can tell that parents and teachers must feel the same way because eevr since she became principal, students AND teachers are leaving the school to go to ND or Queens of all Saints.

The school administrators have zero time for you when you have a problem, and rarely return your calls. Many of the children and parents love Mrs. J (the principal) these are the ones that have yet to have an issue! From my experience problems and issues are pushed under the rug and dismissed as misunderstandings. I must not be the only one realizing this because, numerous teachers and families have left this school in the last two years.

Very disappointed at this school, for so many reasons. The teachers seem to change constantly. The amount of gossiping and favoritism that goes on between the staff and parents is horrible especially when this is a catholic school.

Ms.J is the best principal I have ever had! She really cares about your education and succeeding in life.

Cares about your child as an individual and about there success in the class. Its very important to me that I know my child goes to a school where they care about there success and who they are .

I have a child who is currently enrolled at St. Stan's and we couldn't be happier. There is such a family atmosphere at the school when you walk in. The teachers at the school are all great. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for small school that teaches children how important charity and service work are along with good Catholic values.

My child is currently enrolled at St. Stans and we couldn't be happier. When we toured the school we instantly felt welcomed as family. My son has struggled in a few areas and the response from his teacher and principal has been amazing. I love the emphasis they place on teaching the children to be good citizens and the importance of charity and service work. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a small school environment and strong Catholic values.

Before we enrolled in this school, my husband and I toured several schools in the area. However, when I walked into the church at this school, I truly felt the presence of the Holy Spirit., so much so that I began to cry. I truly wanted my daughter to be part of this rich tradition. The staff at this school is tremendous. The atmosphere is like a family environment and each child receives personal support and encouragement. The principal at St. Stan's has done a magnificent job at focusing on the test scores and creating a clear understanding of what students are expected to learn, so teachers and parents know what they need to do to help them. There are wonderful activities planned for the kids throughout the year and we feel like part of a great, faith based family. We are very pleased with St. Stanislaus.

Bullying is rampant at St. Stan's. The teachers and principal do very little to curtail or discpline the bully's. They have "anti-bullying programs" that the kids attend, but with no consequences by the staff and administration there's no incentive for the bullys to stop. Its absolutely disgusting!

The main reason I am still with a private school is because of Dr. B! She, or the school, isn't faultless but she truly cares about the kids & education. She treats me with respect & will not engage in talking badly about her teachers. I tried, out of frustration, but she wouldn't. She listened, address the issues at hand & helped me work through ways to resolve them. (I took up almost 2.5hours! - That's good customer service) She bolstered my confidence in St.Stan's & I respect her for that. I find that the teachers I've interacted with so far work toward the same goals as the principle. More schools need to think like her instead of so black& white. Glad my kid's there & starting another year today :)

Dr. Bryant is the best principle we have had since Mr. Cress. She is all about the kids.

Principal Susan Bryant treats the teachers with no respect and will not take their input into consideration. She has no interaction with the students, and most teachers on a daily basis.

I wen't to St.Stans for two years before entering High School. It was fun, and a good learning experience. The atmosphere is excellent.

Profile Completeness

Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.
