Doe Creek Middle School

I was a student at Doe Creek, and I hated it! I Had a son that went there as well, and I hated even more when he went there! The teachers and principle and the rest of the staff were mean and rude to me as a student and as a parent! My son coudlnt stand it and I couldnt blame him! They are very strict, it is more like a prison than a school! I now have a two year old and I am hoping to send him to a different middle school. The elementary and high school are okay, but not Doe Creek!!!!!!!

All the teachers are horrible except for mrs. Connors and mr. Gray. They are funny and help us understand the work. You rule mrs. Connors and mr. Gray!

To be honest, I just finished my time at dcms and personally I hated it! All the teachers except Mrs. Connors are rude, just like the lunch ladies! The only good thing about Doe Creek was Mr. Volez and spirit day! New Palestine high school is way better!!!!!

This school is very low on discipline. It is sickening how the children are allowed to behave. How this school rates 8 out of 10 is beyond me. Visit the school during lunch to get an accurate view of the schools standards before deciding to send your child there.

I love DCMS deeply!!! 6th grade is the bst year and will always be my favorite year you learn so many things and the 7th and 8th graders help you learn too. The only thing I dislike is the rude lunch ladies and overcoading in hallways and lockers majorly!!!!

I absolutely love this school!!! I am a student at this school and a sixth grade student. I was scared at first to switch to a new school but our principal totally cheere me up with a warm greeting. The funnest day of school is Spirit Day where we deck out our clothing and bodies in our teams colors. Go Bucks!!

Doe Creek is an awesome school! The teachers are great! I'm a student and I have lots of friends here and I love DCMS! The principal is great! He is oppsessed with the colts! We have Spirit day where we get to act insane and we have spirit week where we get to dress up and stuff! I love my school!

I enrolled my children in the Southern Hancock School System after being in a private christian school for three years. I have been extremely impressed at the academic standards of the school. Also, the opportunity to be active in extracurricular activities is huge. There are numerous sports, clubs, choirs, bands, etc. The school seems to add a new activity each year. The most important part to me is the environment my child is in at Doe Creek Middle School. It begins with the principal who is very outgoing, warm and approachable and trickles down to the teachers as well as the office staff. You never feel like you are an intruder into the school. You are very welcome and encouraged to be a part of your child's school.
