I have graduated two children from North linn , and have two more well on ther way . Our Family has attended both elementaries, middle school and high school. We have had one struggle through and we worked hand in hand with the special education instructors. This district has a very welcoming, wonderful atmosphere, both elementary centers - and now the district is building a new elementary in a central location- What great news. rural feel- where it is not so important who you are or what family you come from- all children can blossom and grow, wonderful school wonderful staff. very impressed

The North Linn Coggon Elementray is a safe and welcoming environment for any child. The teachers and staff have always been professional, truthful and caring for all three of our children who are now in mjddle school and high school at Troy Mills.

My child has had a wonderful experience at Cogogn Elementary. She was struggling at first and the teachers there have found a way to help her. She made about a year and a half growth in just about 6 months. I am very happy to live in a small town that has such a quality school. My daughter is a not just a student in a class - she is a child that is cared about by her teachers.

WHile my child got a good education at this school, she did learn a lot, the teachers and leadership at the school are weak on meeting their commitments to the parents. THis is a typical small town school where who you are matters more than what you do. Teachers and principal at this school followed up on nearly nothing promised and failed to deliver a safe atmosphere for my child to learn in. This is exactly why she will not ever attend this school district again.
