Timber Ridge is a superb school with excellent teachers and a strong administration. I am especially impressed with the communication between school and home.

This school has some really safety issues. No cross guards, cross guards that leave before all the walkers have crossed the street. No personal making sure the kids from the carpool line get in the building. Not using the drop -off area infront of the school so the car pool line backs up and parents drop their kids of in the parking lot. The kids then run though the line of carpool cars. Teachers that keep walkers after school without contacting the parent knowing there will not be a crossing guard to help them get home. Loud music played on the playground. My son went to Horizon for 1st grade he loved it and was doing great. My son come out of 2nd grade hating school and thinking he is bad in math which is one of his strongests subjects. We now homeschool and he is doing great again.

The administrators, teachers, and staff really care about the kids and have open communication with the parents. My children love it! And I do too (and I'm very, very picky!)
