West Knox County Elementary School

I love Lynn Camp Elem. My daughter is in Mrs. Saunders third grade class. She is a GREAT teacher. She honestly cares about my daughters education and if she is progressing as she should. I only wish that all of Maddisons teachers cared so much.

The people that run West Knox are wonderful people. Especially the Parent Council, they rock! I would like to see more funding go into West Knox. I feel the students get looked over by the board members and give more to the other schools.

I attended this school and was not impressed with the way it was ran. It's twice the size of some Knox. co schools but has nowhere near as good extracurricular activities as some small schools. however, i learned a lot from going there and the teachers they have there are well trained. They also have a very good special education system and EBD units.

The school system at west knox is not a good one,you would be better off sending your children to one of corbin independent schools.The principal at west knox needs to retire or be replaced and the state of ky really needs to take over.I have 4 children going there and will be putting them into corbin independent school system until they retire the principal and replace the system they have now!What really needs to happen is the state needs to take over this is my honest opinion.Concerned parent!

they are a very good school because my teachers are so nice and make it fun to learn
