The transition from NBES to BCMS was a smooth one for my son, thanks to his background and to his teachers and other staff members of BCMS. The atmosphere is friendly and vibrant with high expectations for everyone involved in the areas of discipline and emotional and academic growth. My family truly appreciates what this school does to improve the community now and in the future. a parent

I was a student teacher at Butler County Middle School from January, 2007 through May, 2007. The teachers and principals in this school treated me as if I was one of their employed school teachers. All of the teachers and principals treated me with respect, fairness, and kindness. The teachers at Butler County Middle School strive for what is truly best for the students, and I truly repect them for it! I give this school a 5 star rating. I have a ADHD student and MMS has brought this child, so far from where he was in his education. I am so proud of this school. [My son] now tries really hard to keep up on his work, his maturity level has excelled what I thought it would be this year. He has become involved in band (drums!) and is very good at it, the band teacher has really looked out for [him]. Thanks....
