The teachers at this school are awesome-especially Mrs Veronica Rushing. She has encouraged my son to do the best in everything he does in class for her. Thank you for taking a personal interest in your students to help them better themselves. You are my son's favorite cheerleader. We love your philosophy on 'Oreos in Heaven'. Thank you Mrs Rushing!!!

Sadly, my children have had to change schools many times. I can honestly say that through many different schools I have never found a school with the talent and leadership that Eastside has. Not only are they fair but every person I have dealt with has shown the utmost care for my children and their education. Mrs. Cindy and her staff deserve a huge pat on the back and a very big pay raise. My children look forward to another year. We can't thank you ladies enough!

Our experience level is based on our child's educational experience (K-3rd, current). Exceptional teachers (Rispone, Harris, Sharpe, Johnson). Strong/confident leadership, Mrs. Riddle, Principal. We consider ourselves as fortunate to have access to this school district. Note: We have only lived in this school district and area for approximately 5 years. We chose to move from Baton Rouge, LA so that our children would have such a positive experience while staying within a public school system.
