West St. John is the best school in the parish. We have a good administor who have the interest of our children at heart. At West st. John Elementary there is a good parent teacher relationship. We have parent/students activities with read over night. Parent workshop once a month which is called Breakfast Club. Leap tutoring after school alone with alot of other activities.
West St John Elementary is the best kept secrect in the St John the Baptist Parish. The teachers are excellent. Their are lots of activities that involve parents and the children. I enjoy the ' Breakfast Club ' Parent meeting , where parent workshops are given . The school also has Family Reading Nights that are fun for the entire family. The school has improved so much in the area of academics, too. We( My children and I ) love our small community school. 'Pleased Parent'
