I teach D.A.R.E. @ this school and it is GREAT! Great student body, Great faculty!
I am a 6th grader at lacassine high school.I love this school, and everybody is so nice.
I'm a freshman here at Lacassine High School and I love it. The people here are really nice and sociable. I've attended this school ever since I was eligible for school. All of my friends are here and so is my life. This is a great place to grow up. The athletics are great even though we don't have football. The track team and basketball team are awesome. The teachers and staff love what they do. I encourage you to send your kids and check it out. :)
I'm a freshman at Lacassine right now and I think it's a really great school. I love how everybody knows everybody. And I absolutely love the being a big part of the track and cross country team. All the classes are pretty good and all the teachers teach. I'd definately say to sent your child here. (:
I rate this school a 9. My kids love this school it is like a big family. The staff is really nice and we have a great principal.
My Child just started kindergarden. He loves it so much. He always talks about thie things he has learned and the friends he has made. Anytime If have questions they are answered. The Teachers are very nice. I just moved here and I think it is a wonderful school.
Excellent School. Would not want my children anywhere else.
WOW! What a winning hand we drew when we decided to move out of the hustle and bustle of Lake Charles to a small community -- with 4 school-age children at home, Lacassine High School was indeed an added blessing to the quiet (except for the train), less traveled neighborhood we chose. The first teacher conference was amazing -- every teacher was in attendance, as well as the counselor and principal. Our daughter was treated with great care & respect by all in attendance. This is our first year there and oh how I wish my older children had had this wonderful experience the younger ones are relishing in. Thanks, Mr. LeJeune and everyone involved in our children's education!
My kids attend Lacassine. The school has great academic programs. However is is lacking in high school math in the way that the material is presented. Being a small school the school has great sports history. Often placing highly in State in Basketball and Track. We have one of the best principals in the parish. The parent involment is the greatest I've seen anywhere. P.S. I or my wife did not attend Lacassine High School.
This is a fantastic school! The smaller classes allow for more one on one with the students! My kids love it here, I loved it there as did my father and grandmother! You will love it here too!
