The technological advancements and resources available to the students surpass those of the other private schools in the area. The teachers are genuinely concerned about all students and they have a solid grasp of their subject matter and the ability to make the material come alive for students. The students are from families who are involved and will do the extra that is needed for the better of their children. A one-size-fits-all approach no longer works for everyone, @ St. Joseph the students get more adult attention and are less likely to be lost in the crowd. They can focus on subjects they really care about while still getting a grounding in the basics. A more individualized experience is what our children receive. St. Joseph s motto says it all, and they really do guide by it. With Jesus as our role model, St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School exists to educate the youth of the area spiritually, morally, academically, and socially, in a safe, Catholic, Christ-centered environment.
My two daughters attend St. Joseph Elementary as did I as a child. The wonderful legacy of our school has developed over several generations and strives to provide the best academic experience available in this area while teaching our children about social interaction, morality and religion. In addition, St. Joseph offers several opportunities to build self-esteem and group interaction skills in school sports teams and extracurricular activities. In this age of decreasing focus on the arts and activities, our school has full time music, art and computer teachers along with resource teachers, academic enhancement teachers and a school counselor. All of these benefits merge together to prepare our children for their future academic endeavors while building their spiritual and emotional well-being for life.
