We are just finishing our first year at PCS as a Kindergarten Parent. The only poor thing I have to say - if to say anything is the drop off / pick up parking needs help - other than that this school has what it takes to launch educated, socialized above average members of the community. They take great pride in what they do as a profession, but as a passion. These people really care about their kids and the families that come along with them. I am so excited to have a child in this community! What a great place to grow up.

This school has excellent teachers who are dedicated to the students. They try to get to know the families and make learning fun for the kids. They teach the curriculum handed to them by the state. Unfortunately they do not take disciplining children for wrond doings such as hitting seriously. They beleive in a lets work it out rather than you were wrong and now you are going to be disciplined.

I have three children at PCS and I can tell you this a great place. The teachers make a real effort to know every one and their families. The report card is a little bit confusing if you are used to A B C but when you get used to it you can understand it better. Also the school has had a lot of changes but it has made the school better. The new principal is very livly and fun and the kids love her. They do listen to parents and want to know how to make the school better. The school has gotten a lot better in the last couple of years and I think teachers would say that too. I would not want my kids to go to school anywhere else.

We moved here from Minnesota 2 years ago. This is the worst school I have ever heard of. They have a 1-4 grading system at the highschool so my child would not be able to attend most colleges. I am going to move because of this school!
