Its Ok I Just Started Going There The Teacher Really Care About The Students Learning What Their supposed To Be And They Are Very Strict About The School Uniform Policy Though Overall Its a Good School
Gwynn Park Middle School is a good school. The effort and attention to quality training is evident. GPMS could use more parental support to be even more succesful in reaching its goals. Along with the teachers, I encourage my kids to do thier very best. My oldest child, a member of the Nat'l Jr. Honor Society, is now in High School. My youngest child is following in the same manner.
I am a student at Gwynn Park and I think that the students are horrible, they like to fight a lot and skip class. The teachers are strict but they like to suspend you a lot
Hi im am a student at gwynn park middle school i truly beleive that any parent will love their child tew do there they have high expectations , but i will admit that the uniforms can change and the teachers can change their attitudes but other than that this will give your child and excellent oppurtunitty to becom succesful in life.
Some of teachers at this school are not professional and their teaching technique needs works. I am totally disappointed in this school. If the housing market was not so bad I would move out of this school district.
This school is going down the toilet. My son currently attends this school and I am apalled with the behavior of the students. They are totally out of control and there are too many teachers with no backbone and the children run over them. I am constanly at this school making sure that my son is being taught and is working with him at home. Public schools are horribe in PG county and I will be putting my son in private school.
this is a pretty good school but i wish they could have some uniform free days like the hie school
This middle school has taken on a new direction with the addition of the new principal Mr. Tweedy. The school's student atmosphere has become positive and more confident with each improving year. The PTA this year has been absolutely wonderful with parent participation, communication of school events, and workshops/meeting designed to keep the parents informed. Kudos to the current PTA president and principal! I am looking forward to even more improvements as the school continues to grow. Great job teachers, students, staff and participating parents!
Great school over all. Big thumbs up since they switched to uniforms
This school was the worst middle school I have ever seen! My friends and I were put in the wrong classes and were not put in the right classes until 3rd qt. And even then they had not switched my home room but only my math teacher. My parents said enough of this and moved to Virginia. And this school just went down hill since my brother was in the 7th grade, which was the last year with Ms.Briscoe. And there maybe a lot of kids getting honor roll but none of them really try. Some of them do, but most of them do. I should know I was one of them, although I'm still on honor roll at my new school.
