We as parents struggle and question if we are doing the right thing for our child's education, but when your son walks out of a school and says, I love it here. You know you're on the right track. We are immensely happy with Indian Creek Upper School/staff. We visited several private/public schools searching for one that will prepare our son for college. I need to mention. We think IC knows what colleges are looking for, a well rounded student. IC students must try an after school club in sports, arts and the sciences. This gives our son an opportunity to try different things and a good admission application. Our son is enjoying learning again. What a change from his last school. We thought he gave up on science, but now he comes home and talks about it. He even decided to take science as an elective. We love it! We believe this is due to his teacher. The science staff is really involved with students and provide several hands projects. He is taking 2 AP courses and a Chinese on line class. IC staff has guided our son in the right direction. They are energetic, involved, and always ready to assist. We made the right choice and on top of that, our son is happy about it.

The school is located in a beautiful setting and has an impressive physical plant. As a teacher who has viewed the curriculum, I rate it on par with the best Independent schools in the area. Reviews from earlier years do not appy since this relatively new school has evolved quickly and solidly. I recommend this school without hesitancy.

This is my child's 2nd year here and so far I am impressed. Yes there are a few bugs that are still being worked out, but that's to be expected at any school. Especially a new one. Overall the teachers seem to care, and the courses ARE challenging.

After going through lower and middle schools, I am very impressed with the Upper School. The teachers are dedicated and the curriculum is becoming more defined. Watch out because Indian Creek School is rising to the occassion. The students are being challenged and are happy and the faculty is dedicated.

A new high school building on a successful middle and lower school. Teacher professional is promoted by the administration. Honesty and trust is an emphasis as students tackle challenging course work. In just four years, the school has grown its program including AP courses. W

Extremely disappointing. High faculty and student turnover. Some faculty are good but beware of unresponsive administration that has no interest in the students. Definitely not a 'college prep' program. Very weak academics with few course offerings. Even weaker athletic program with poor coaching and sportsmanship. School lacks leadership. Upper school is trying to ride on the coat tail of success from the middle/lower school program but falls short of the mark. As many other parents found, we also have left the school for a more academically rigorous program.

Very disappointing. Not really a 'college prep' school. Some great teachers but very poor and unfair administrators in my opinion. We had a very bad experience and like so many others in the upper school, left for more of a college prep high school.
