Westmar Middle School

I am a student at Westmar Middle School, and this school has a reputation for having the highest MSA scores and friendliest teachers in the county. Most students tend to misbehave however... Or at least the students I know.

The schools has a yearbook staff, SHOP (students helping other people) club, which is very active in the community. The visit the nursing home, send gift baskets to a family in need at Christmas etc. The school has a basketball, football, and soccer team, and a cheerleading squad. They have a band, chorus, and peer mediation too. I would say that parents are very involved at this school. Parents help with the commities and organizing activities. Students parents are organizing the end of the Eighth Grade Farewell dance at the end of the year, they are doing this almost completely on their own. They are trying to do they best they can for the students so they'll have a good time! I think this is a great school and would recommend it to anyone!
