The academic programs are some of the best in the state. My daughter had fantastic teachers who challenged her to the fullest. She is now attending a prestigious college thanks to the helpful, challenging, and fun course work given. All levels from introductory, to college, honors, and AP are offered. Even though the building may not be the newest and best, the curriculum certianly makes up for it. Sports are available, although the user fees are quite expensive. A band program is available as well as an art club and many art classes. Parents do get involved, however the general consensus of the town is that the teachers make too much money, thereby overrides are never approved. This makes is very hard to upgrade the school to the standards of today.
