This is an inner city school which has a very large So.E Asian population. Diversity is celebrated here, respect for differences as well as encouragement for finding similaraties within the cultures. This school has for the past 15 years focused on making a peaceful, supportive community. I know, I taught there since it was built. I retired 4 years ago, have subbed in other communities, but have yet to find a group of children as wonderful, as well as having a caring, hard working staff.
