The teachers really seem to care about how the we as students do and try to help in every way possible. The School also has a lot of School Spirit.
Mt. Everett High School has a lot going for it. The school seems to be open 15 hours a day with so many after school programs in sports, theater and music. Most of the teachers are totally dedicated and give so much more than they really should. It's extraordinary actually. Parents are also heavily involved with this school and that is totally refreshing. All is not perfect though. If you are thinking about sending your child to Mt Everett, be sure to ask parents and especially other kids which teachers are the best and also ask which ones to avoid. They know what's what; believe me. The other thing you need to know is that these kids have pretty much known each other forever and/or the families are often related. Racial diversity is minimal in the numbers, but happily tolerance is very high.
I think the teachers at this school are really good, and are involved nicly. I trust my teacher(s). The principal in nice too. This school district is very safe too.
