Our son was being left behind in the Tantasqua school district. He was being promoted even though he probably shouldn't have been (He didn't know what a verb was). Through the kindness and understanding of the staff at Trinity he was allowed to enter 8th grade and is now progressing satisfactorily. If he needs help the teachers stay and help him. Next year he will attend a Catholic High School and will be prepared thanks to the Trinity Staff. Do your children a favor, send them to Trinity Catholic Academy!
they have a great educational system with high moral values tought to children
My son was very well prepared for high school. He started at Trinity in first grade and went through eighth grade. Besides a great education, I know that the teachers at the school helped him know what is right from wrong. He has great moral values that was developed throughout his school years at Trinity. The teachers from all the grades from pre-k to eighth grade has each child's best interest at heart. Everyone of them would bend over backwards to help any one of their students. My son started at a catholic high school in Worcester but we moved to another state and I had to enroll him into a public high school. I only wish that I could have afforded to send him to a catholic high school in my new state because there is a difference of what is required from them and how students treat each other.
I am very pleased with Trinity Catholic Academy. I have two children enrolled in the school and have been very impressed with the level of commitment and effort from the teachers and staff. It is obvious that they care about the students and want them to succeed.
I have had two kids at Trinity, with our youngest graduating this year. Great school as said in the other reviews. A few things standout. 1) High School Prep- My oldest complained about the work at Trinity but she was totally prepaired for HS. Her friends that came from Trinity and go to the same school are also excelling. 2) Very Few School 'Incidents', especially when compaired to the public school. The principal and teachers run a tight ship and do not tolerate distractions. 3) Teacher Continuity and Dedication. These teachers make less than than their public brethren but are totally dedicated. Specifically Miss Casey. who is the most dedicated educator I have ever come across. Even the custodian is always helping out and even started and coached the Softball team.
I will be leaving Trinty in jsut a couple of weeks and I believe it will be very hard for me to leave since the teachers and other students have been such a huge part of my life. I wouldn't want to be at any other school. From the sports to the academics to the dances and movie nights, everyone is so involved and everyone knows one another. I think Trinity has given me such a good foundation that i will grow up to be a very strong, morally and physically, person.
I enrolled my five year old son in kindergarten this year. I am overwhelmed by the degree of student investment demonstrated by the teachers and administrators at the school. They willingly surrender their evenings and weekends to guide the students in concerts and plays, community dinners and winter carnivals. The curriculum emphasizes the fundamentals and critical thinking. The curriculum does not 'teach to the tests' yet the school boasts a 100% MCAS pass rate. Student education and development is well rounded with wonderful instructors in music, art and gym. The school cultures a strong sense of family and community. Wherever we go I hear shouts of hello to my son from fellow students of all ages and grade levels. Although, this is my first child in school I am not unattuned to the current school environment, I am a Professor at a local Community College.
The teachers are the best! We go on fun field trips and do a lot of fun things like art, PE, computer and special crafts. The teachers help you understand a lot of hard things.
We have been a part of the Trinity family for 8 years and wouldn't change a thing. The administration and staff go above and beyond what they have to do to insure that our children receive the best education possible. They not only teach academics but help to instill morals as well. The children are all treated equally from Pre-K to 8th grade and the J.H. students are a great help to their kindergarten and 1st grade buddies. Trinity offers a wide variety of extra curricular activities from sports to the arts and we are growing every day. With only a short time left at Trinity it will be a very sad day for our family to say goodbye and move on.
I have two children at trinity. Everything I have experienced thus far has been very, very positive. I feel if I had to move tomorrow, that my children have been given such an unbelievable strong foundation that it will stay with them the rest of their time as students and as people. The staff is open and personable. The children are well behaved and grounded. It is amazing all the things they are able to offer the kids. Everything from drama and choir to sports and science fairs. I would recommend it highly
