Wonderful program. I was there at the beginning of the school--a joint project of the departments of Education, Developmental Disabilities, and Mental Health. Provides a top-rate education and socialization experience for kids who would otherwise fall through the cracks of the social and educational support network. I still work at the agency that runs the Swansea Wood School, in a different capacity. But the years I spent working there were among the best of my career.
