The teachers here care a lot about all the students. The school has much higher expectations than other schools in the area. This was hard for my child to adjust to, but has been greatly beneficial to her.

My experience at Countryside was good this year. I saw 100% improvement in my son's grades and am pleased with his progress this school year. The teacher and I had open lines of communication which helped a great deal. The music and art was lacking comparatively to the school he attended last year. Parental involvement is ok but there could be more. Overall I am happy with my experience at Countryside this year.

My daughters classroon last year had a huge amount of distraction. It was very hard to learn over the confusion. Talks about concerns I had with the teacher were totally ignored.

I think this school needs to get more sports for all of the children that go here.

Countryside is a great place for kids that want to learn; it has a wonderful campus and diverse student body. I have two students at Countryside Charter and they both enjoy the staff and atmosphere immensely. They are happy at school and this is a plus as they can concentrate on learning if they are happy with their surroundings. The school as a whole is still developing a culture at this time. The original agricultural base culture is making way for technical and cultural diversity of the students. This is a great place for students that want to learn, although they do not have a large sports program, they do have very challenging classroom activities. The agricultural science and environmental opportunities are definitely available for the kids. I would encourage parents to make time to sit in on classes and make up your own minds on Countryside.
