Benton Harbor Charter School is a great school. Sure, their scores aren't the greatest in the are, but they are definietly on the rise. The area public school is not doing their job and when the students get to the charter school, the teachers have their work cut out for them. I commend the teachers at Benton Harbor Charter School, they are in fact working wonders. It may be a slow process fixing the flaws of the area schools, but they are on theit way to graetness. I rate the charter school much higher than a 2. Their job is ten times harder then anyone elses.
There are some really good things about this school, but the public school system surrounding it is in such bad shape that the students they get at BH Charter come with so many gaps in learning that its almost impossible to get them where they need to be. But they have a staff that really works hard to do so.
