I graduated from Mio a few years ago and my daughter currently attends school there. I believe that the school offers great education. I have read reviews for Mio and I don't agree with some of you. If you cannot spell then you have no right to put down a school that offers education. You can never satisfy everyone and there will always be someone who is unhappy. To the person who said they left the school didn't say why or that is was their choice. For all I know you have been asked to leave. The only thing I can say is to come into the school and check it out for yourself. Do your research and make the choice that you believe to be the best for you and your children rather than just reading these comments. Since graduation I have went on to college and I am currently earning my second degree. Thank you Mio Ausable school.
I left this school because students are treated as infants. I could never accomplish anything. Although, Mio does have a fairly large class selection, it's not exactly worth it. Students often get left behind and are not helped. They are given up on and are put into "Special Education Classes". Many bright students have gone drastically down hill after being "helped". The school is proud of it's sports teams, but there are so many problems within the teams that many of the sports teams are unhealthy enviornments. Just because Mio is a "safe" area, does not mean that there are no problems. It is oftean hidden and isn't ever reported. I believe Mio is not the best choice.
Hello, i am a student at Mio Ausable Schools. I would recomend this school to any parent who wants their child to be taught is a very safe enviroment. The teachers give every student the attention he/she deserves. students will not be singled out. So please, think about the message i have written above, and make your descision.
I am a student at Mio AuSable High School. I would reccomend this school to any parent that wants a safe school for their children. Mio isn't a high crime rate city. We don't have bomb threats 2 times a week. We don't have lock-downs. Mio is a great school. Mio can also offer your children completely devoted sports teams, caring teachers and staff members, and a safe place to receice a High School education. Just because a few classes and teachers got cut, does not mean Mio is a bad school. I'm a junior right now in Mio School, though it is the only school I have ever been to, I still say it is among the best. Some students don't give this place enough credit. Mio is a great school and a great choice for your children.
Hello, I am a Student at Mio AuSable High School, and I am so glad that I attend Mio. Mio's Test scores are some of the best in the state. We are very proud of our accomplishments and our extracurriculars. Our sports programs are also sepectacular and we love them aswell.
I am a student at Mio AuSable Middle / High School. I think that the acidenic programs could be a lot better. The music program almost got cut this past year along with the art program. I think that the school focuses to much on sports. The parent involvment level is vary vary poor too. I wouldn't recomend this school to anyone at all.
