Fiegel Elementary School

I couldn't agree more with the comment posted below. My child no longer attends Kindergarten at Fiegel and it is like night and day! I never realized how poorly the school and classroom were run until we changed schools. So much more structured and more teaching takes place rather then games and art projects all day long. Am very grateful we have moved on from Fiegel!

This is a fantastic schhol. I love that it is very diverse and the staff and principal always make you feel welcome. They give the children just enough independence that they need, while i still feel safe leaving my child there knowing he is safe

I have a special needs child at the school and I have been overjoyed at the outstanding job that Fiegel Elementary and Mr. Jim Johnson has done at this school. It has far exceeded my expectations. I consider myself an 'educated consumer' and am well versed in the educatinal responsibilities of the school, and their additional responsibilities towards a specal needs child --- and they far and above exceed their responsibilities in this area as well! Great job, Fiegel!!!!

This school used to be awesome! When my kids started going here I couldn't say enough good things about it. Over the last few years, it's really gone downhill. The principal's attitude has changed and so have a lot of the teachers and staff. The smart kids do well at Fiegel, but if you have a child that struggles with learning you're child is in the wrong school. Not all, but most of the teachers here do not take the extra step to help the kids that need extra help. I would not recommend this school.

We are thinking about moving to this area so our children can attend this school. Our children are currently in a top notch elementary in Allen Park therefore we are looking for superiority as well as a school as good as our current in the Plymouth area and Fiegel happens to be the best compared to all the others in Plymouth.

I like this school and this school gives lots of importance to reading which I believe is essential for a strong academic foundation. All in all I enjoy sending my daughter to this school everyday and am very satisfied.
