Grand Traverse Area Catholic School

A big, loving family. Ms. Phillips is as tough or sweet as each situation demands. The academics are amazing, they teach spanish from the get-go, they have won a lot of awards, but more importantly than all of that is the feel of the school and the people the children become. This school is about a lot more than academics, or athletics, and it shows. My daughter has become more thoughtful, more considerate, and more loving at gtacs, and that is a product more of the people she's emulating there but also of the focus of the school instruction. We feel so blessed to have found this school, and will be so sorry to leave it in our military move next year. It has been a fantastic experience for our child, the lessons she has learned, the example set by the staff, have gotten her started on the best possible foot.

Absolutely the best school in the state! With the numbers to back it up~ The GTACS scored head and shoulders above all public schools in Mi in all areas of curriculum. The Academics, student to teach ratio, incorporation of christian values, and is sports programs are astounding. The administrators and teaching staff are simply wonderful. We are so very happy with this school that we would borrow and beg to keep our children enrolled. Unfortunatley we may be moving out of state and are certain we will struggle finding any school to measure up GTACS.
