Adrian elementary school is very structured and the students know what is expected of them. The school works very hard academically but also encourages students to learn about character and how to treat other people. The teachers are very good, but the morale among the teachers seems to be low. The school is small and in a farming town. The Principal Mr. Loftuss is a very caring man. He knows all of his students and takes care of parents concerns ASAP. He would do more for his school if his hands were not tied. I think he should praise his staff more and bring the teacher morale up a few notches. A few teachers to be recognized for their hard work would be Mrs. Faber, she is very organized and pushes her students to do their best.
