Our school sufers from what a lot of public schools do, Teachers Union and tenure. There must be an easier way to rid the school systems of average or below average teachers. We have teachers teaching the same format they have for the last 30 years. Our principal was in charge of new addtion and forgot to put bathrooms in the addition. We received a letter from the school guidance counselor with over 13 words spelled wrong and grammar mistakes. I can go on and on but where would that get me.
