My wife and I had two children attend HES for a year before we moved. The staff was great! The only problem that we had with the school is the over crowding that is occuring right now. There have been classes or meetings held in janitor closets! The school changed the entire process for dropping off and picking up children. It runs like clock work, and I couldn't imagine a safer environment for our children. It was a shame that we had to move. If given the chance I would move to Hernando again instead of other towns close by, just for the elementary school.

My husband and I could not have hired a teacher in the whole country better than the one my son had last year. (1st grade) The staff is great! The involvment of the parents is alsp terrific. Special attention is given to the children who need it, and on special occasions the staff is more than happy to accomadate the parents. We parents of the children who attend HES are so blessed. The experience is unsurpassed. Keep up the great work Hernando Elementary and thank-you for helping my son get the best education possible.
