My children both go to Rocky Creek School, and they have been through several schools in different states and by far this is the best school ever..wish they didnt even have to leave here to go to middle or high school..wish it was all in this same school..K-12...Mr. McLeod is an awesome principal...

Rocky Creek School is the best elementary school in this district. It has the best teachers, teacher assistants, principal that anyone would want to go to school with. It is kept very clean and has a no tolerance policy for trouble or violence. The cafeteria food is not very well but other than that it is great! There is new PE equipment, new computer lab, add-on to cafeteria, add-on for the 6th grade classes, new outside classroom pavilion. Rocky Creek Elementary is the best. I would really suggest this school for your childre.

Rocky Creek School is a great place for students to learn. The faculty and staff are all caring individuals, they treat each child as if their own. It really feels like home. The school building is old but has had many improvements. They have recently added a new section for first grade and some Kindergarten classes, also the lunchroom has been expanded which is a huge improvement. A new computer lab has been installed and every student has at least 45 minutes per week on the computer. They are working on Classworks, which has the Mississippi curriculum benchmarks. They also have Accelerated Reader, Starr Reading, and Starr Math which can be accessed in the lab or the computers in the classrooms. I would recommend Rocky Creek School to anyone who wants the best learning enviroment for their child.

My neices have gone to this school. I have gone to this school. Boy do I miss it. But the girls LOVE it. The teachers are outstanding and caring. They take the time to make sure that all their students understand. My neices have come home with straight A's for the whole time they have been there. I even had high marks when I was there. Sure, it was built in 1894, but I've seen the improvements that they do to this school. It's old yeah but not dirty. The floors are hardwood and are waxed on a weekly basis. The PTA meets every Wednesday and at least one parent per child attends. Rocky Creek is an awesome community. I recommend this school to any parent who wants their child to have one-on-one time with the teachers.

This school is old and dirty. My daughter has gone to this school for 2 years. Her teacher allowed the aid to teach the class. I am moving out of this school district. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
