I rate this school a 5 star. My kids really have great grades due to teachers that care n help the kids that struggle.
I totally diagree with the submission above. I am a parent of a child who has attended Pope for 3 years. I am very pleased with the teachers, my childs friends, PTA, and the organization of the school as a whole. Pope has a great PE program, and the children love to be at school. I have to say that I have been involved with my other children and other schools and Pope is the best school in this area. Pope is not just another classroom. Most of the teacher know most of the children and the children seem to know alot of other children. They are not just another kid in the classroom but an indivdual.
I don't understand all the HYPE. when we first moved here all we heard was POPE School and how people cheat to get their kids in there. Well, it's nothing special and has some very unprofessional people on it's staff. They seem to be out of touch with the needs of students and more worried about what is going on with each other. Not everyone is like that though, I have met a few teachers who really care but some are just looking for a check and summers off!
