I am a parent of 3 boys that attend the Jackson school district I love this school. 2 at the middle school this 09-10 school year. This will be our second year in the district. My now 7th grader has a learning disability. He lacked alot of self asteam and confidence because of it. I was kind of scared to move him to a new school last year. The staff there bent over backwards to make him and I comfortable. My son has his self asteam and his confidence back. Last year he did better than he ever did at his old school. They made sure he got the help he needed. They did not segregate him out and make him feel stupid. My son now loves going to school We are looking forward to the new 09-10 school year. Even My 6th grader and 10th grader like going to school.
I think the program at Jackson is fantastic! Most of the teachers are there to teach, not just get a paycheck; that helps, too. There is nothing really that I would complain about. I'm thoroughly enjoy my children attending Jackson public schools; I would send them no where else!
