I graduated from Marquand and I am now a college student that is in honor societies and MZHS made it possible for me to be an Honor student. The teachers are able to work one on one with students and you are given an amazing education from a small school. My class and teachers where and are still my second family.

I am a senior at MZHS. I have gone to Fredericktown, and people say how great that school is, but Marquand is home, not just a school. I get along with everyone, not just with a certain 'group'. That's another thing here, there are 'clicks', anyhwere you go there will be, but here it is not 'that' bad as others are. In may I will graduate will honors and be in the top range of my class. I feel I have learned more here that I would have at other 'big' schools. Although we do not have a great wide range of athletic programs to choose from, we are very proud of the ones we do have. I would not go anywhere else. -Kim

I think that Marquand-Zion High School is one of the best Public School in Missouri. I attended Marquand for 2 year and went to nine different schools. Marquand was the only school I got a quallity education. Now my three children are going to MZHS and they love the school. My kids friends went to three different schools in MO and only loved Marquand. They had to move to a different district and hate the school they are in know. The teachers give every child help in everything. Our school may be small but it is GREAT!
