I was very dissapointed in Sikeston. I felt the school only got you ready to attend SEMO and that was it. You weren't meant to ever live anywhere else other than Sikeston. My first year there was all review from when I lived in another state.

I attended up to 9th grade in Sikeston schools. The school offers great academic courses and really does offer alot for the kids who survive. There is so much bullying, drug abuse, and clicks there that concentrating on school work is impossible. The school has poor security and drug control. Not sure of the drop out rate but I am most certain that it is unusually high. Teacher turnover is terrible as well.

I have had 2 children graduate from Sikeston and have wonderful things to say about the teachers and staff. Mr. Williams is great to work with and he is great with the kids. They know when he means business. You have to have someone who is willing to go the extra mile for a child and he does that. Thanks to Mr. Williams my daughter continued her schooling. Thank you Mr. Williams.
