Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Concordia School is committed to providing a compassionate, receptive and non-threatening atmosphere in which pupils can learn and succeed. Bullying behavior is unacceptable in our school community. If bullying occurs, students should contact their teacher. Anyone who witnesses or has other knowledge of an incident of bullying will bring it to the attention of a school staff member. Concordia staff will be focused on raising kids who are bully proof.
