Russell Middle School

Russell is a very nice and safe school. There aren't many social groups and most kids get along well. Most of the teachers give an equal opportunity to all students and help them learn the best they can. The world language program is excellent, especially in eighth grade, I learned a lot. The athletics are very good, especially the track and basketball teams. The only thing that Russell is missing is a soccer team.

As a student of Russell i feel very safe. The HAL program is great and they give you alot of oppurtunities for clubs, sports, etc. I think the teachers are nice and know what they are doing. Millard Public Schools is doing a great job and i highly recommend any school in the district.

Mr. Begley is the best thing that ever happened to Russell Middle School ! The staff is wonderful and the kids are happy. You couldn't ask for a better place for you children to spend their day.

This school gets parents involved well, and the orientation really gets the incoming sixth grader lots of information. The new principal is great taking an interest in how to prevent bullying from happening. The test scores are extremely high and the teachers love their job. They have a High Ability Program for the faster students and have many seminars for them. This is an overall great school.
