please reconsider this school if you have any need for Special education. I don't have a problem with the teachers they are following the upper people who don't really know what they are doing. I just hope one day that this school learns that the Special Education department is a vital need to any school!!!! Also the school was built to replace 3 different schools and looks like a prison from the road

I have nothing but good things to say about the education my daughter is receiving at Cross County Elementary. Her teacher is fabulous... I actually had her when I was in grade school! There is a great small town atmosphere and she receives a well balanced education. AND! We will be in a BRAND NEW school (Elementary, Middle School, and High School) by the 2008-2009 school year!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
