The Principal displays an adolescent attitude toward discipline downplaying serious problems of physical violence. Seams to be active over who yells the loudest and never consults the teachers on problems. When teachers try to respond to accusations they are taken lightly, and wild accusations of parents take precedence even though the principal is not in the same school when incidents occur. Principal is over reactive when any problems occure ie. teacher is sick etc. running to school and trying to change schedule for remaining teachers, even when all is handled and subsitutes and on hand and generaly causing confusion and disruption to students and class rooms.
