Mr. Paquette and his staff are top notch. Definitely one of the best learning environments in the Valley. The teachers are educated and passionate about the students. Extreme support from the community and the parents which makes a huge difference. The PTA is amazing as well and are very supportive. They put on great events! The music teacher, Mr. Billings is amazing! Just a great experience and a great school! Keep up the great work Mr. Paquette!

Never mind the last rating submitted by a parent whose child could not get into the school and they rated it 1 star due to frustration. Plenty of people in the area want their children to go to this school because of it's excellent reputation. Probably the best in Southwest Las Vegas. Forbuss is an excellent Elementary school with wonderful teachers and parents that actually participate. We certainly won't be moving out of the area until our daughter completes Elementary school at Forbuss.

I have been so happy with this school. We moved here to Las Vegas from a small town in another state, and I was actually very nervous about putting my precious children in school here.... but it has been WONDERFUL!!!! The principal, Mr. Paquette is just the best, along with many of the teachers... Mrs. Kramar, Miss Kettl, Mr. Preston, just to name a few. I have noticed that when there is a teacher there that is less than stellar, they are gone the next year. I love that! I highly recommend Forbuss.

EXCELLENT Teachers and a FANTASTIC Principal. Our daughter has been going here since she started school and Loves School and Loves her Teachers. I would have to say that Mr. Paquett (the Principal) is one of the most outstanding educators I've met in Las Vegas and I've met quite a few over the years in my business. Being a real estate agent... I'm all over Las Vegas and hear multiple complaints about other schools.... You won't hear any from the parents whose children go to Forbuss. Parents are very active... events at the school are well attended showing that the parents care. The teachers are very enthusiastic and you can tell they really do care which is so important.... We would not even think about having our daughter go to another Elementary school in Las Vegas. Great Job Mr. Paquette!

My children have gone to Forbuss since the doors first opened. I have to say, comparing this elementary school to the others in the southwest part of Vegas.... It is Above and Beyond what any parent could and would want for a child that is entering our Las Vegas Education System... Being raised here in Vegas and going to several schools here myself, it makes me jealous of their education opportunities at this school. From learning the use of computers in kindergarten, to making sure that the 'NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND' is what every parent can look forward too. That being if your child is not where he/ she needs to be in academics, they will get the help... Love this School and so do my children and their classmates..

My son has gone there since 2nd grade and is now in 5th. We've had very good experiences and he love is there. The teachers and staff are amazing and really take the time to help your child succeed.

All my friends are so nice! The teachers are nice too. Especially Mrs. Slater and Miss. Schnurpel!

My grandchildren goes to Forbuss Elementary. I love this school. The principal is a terrific roll model for other principals. He is the first one I ever met that comes out and interact with parents. Asking questions and following up with the answers. He goes outside and participate with his student in all functioins Forbuss Elementary School has. Great Job Mr. Paquett. My kids and I love this school. I have a first and fifth grader there and they both love their teachers and principal. The principal is great! There has not been a day that I have not seen him out interacting with the students and parents. He always has a smile on his face. The parent action committee is very involved with school fund raisers and planning fun events for the students. I would recommend this school over and over again!

I cannot say enough about this school. The STAFF is GREAT. The Principal loves his job and it shows. I have never in all my life seen a principal so involved, its not uncommon to see him ushering traffic and pickin up garbagge on the play ground. I wanna cry just thinking that theres hope in our public school system and a staff who "really" care. Forbuss is the BEST school in my book!

My daughter that is in the 1st grade goes to Forbuss. I absolutely love this school. I trust that she is the best care when I drop her off at school. I am extremely happy with the Principle, Teachers and the rest of the Staff.

I am a parent Of 3rd grader at Forbus, and I am very pleased with this school. My child struggled with reading and was very shy. The teachers at Forbus have been extremely helpful in helping her build her confidence and reading skills. The principal is very hands on. I highly reccommend this school.

There are NOT enough reviews to support the BEST school in the district. The principal, teachers, support staff, PTA - ALL make a difference in the lives of the children that attend. If you believe in: it takes a village to raise a child, then this is the school you must enroll your child in- move to the ZONE! You will not be dissatisfied! The lanyards and pins for awards, an ice cream truck at Field Day, the Fall Festival, Missoula Children's Theatre, book fairs- field trips to go fishing? I'm a teacher of another school in the same area, and we cannot compare to the richness of being a kid at Forbuss. Congrats on celebrating kids - above and beyond ALL other schools of which I have ever known. To the Principal- your spirit of FUN is so meaningful...

This is a wonderful school with a loving, caring staff. The resource department is great and our daughter has been greatly helped. The principal is very involved with the students. The school awards system has greatly motivated both of our children to strive for more each trimester!

I could not love this school more. The Principal is great, very involved in the day to day running of the school, easy to get in touch with, quick to work with you on anything that might come up. The teachers are wonderful too. I am so happy my kids get to go to Forbuss.
